To book a party in The Grove, select the date from the calendar to the left. Time slots are 11AM-2PM (7 days) and 3PM-6PM (M-Th) and are limited this season. Additional currently blocked slots may become available as the final calendar of summer events including swim meets is confirmed. Allot time within your slot for set up and breakdown. Please do not set up for your party before your time slot unless approved by the manager on duty the day of your party. For weekday parties in July, the grounds will be open, however the main pool may not be used until swim team / lessons are wrapped up at 11:30. Rental of the entire Grove is NOT possible as this is the general food consumption area for all members. You will be allotted 2 tables plus the banquet tables next to shuffle board to be reserved as your home base. If you are serving food, you may use any available table for that portion of your party. The cost is $30 for bonded members, $50 for seasonal members plus $5 per non member guest. Please be sure to read and approve the waiver when paying your party fee online. Booking fees are non refundable, but may be used to secure a different date should your party need to be moved due to weather. Should that not be possible, a refund less a 6% fee will be deducted for credit card processing fees.
